Did the 33K in the beautiful “Round the valley” ultra marathon event, that has courses with length up to 200K.
The 33K courses has in it about 541 miters of elevation, and my avg HR was: 161 bpm.
My last long run before my 33K race at “Sovev Emek”. Run from Hadar-Yosef along side the Yarkon river till Tel-Aviv port, and than along side the coast till Jaffa port (and all the way back).

The traditional full-moon run by Runway. Was a challenging field run, with steep inclines (especially in the last third part of the run).
